Trust Eikon to deliver...

We provide creative design and full support services to companies and organisations holding exhibitions and events, such as awards ceremonies, conferences, seminars, galas, product launches, corporate events and parties. Eikon can handle every aspect - from theme development and promotion to lighting, sound, staging, set design and pyrotechnics.

We design and build bespoke exhibition stands, including fixtures, fittings, graphics and promotional literature - all created to generate maximum sales traffic. We also design interiors and exteriors - either for new build, or to refresh or rebrand existing environments. Clients can choose from our large range of promotional display hardware systems.

  • Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce

We worked in conjunction with our sister company, The Cause (Light & Sound), who were approached by ACC to create a new look for their main events, using creative lighting, sound and staging design. The new look was launched at two events – the Ayrshire Business Awards and the Annual Gala Dinner.

Instead of using off-the-shelf staging packages with star cloth, we decided to make creative use of custom-built light boxes to fit the venue. Using the main brand colours in the light boxes, we pulsed the sound and light – creating a unique environment, full of energy and excitement.

  • DuPont EKC Technology

Eight years ago we produced our first stand for DuPont EKC Technology at the Semicon Europa exhibition, in Germany. Every year since then, we have designed, produced and built every element of their stand at this important show. We designed a two-story structure, which could be easily changed and added to – so that each year, the stand has a completely different look.

This is a complete service. We transport everything to Germany in an articulated truck, then personally oversee the stand construction. We handle every detail, so all the client has to do is walk on to the stand and start selling. In addition to designing the strucuture, we produce everything else – from graphics to brochures and give-aways. And when it's all over, we dismantle the stand and bring it back to the UK.

  • HOYA Corporation (Europe)

This established brand needed a simple, clean, strong interpretation when we were asked to design and build their stand at Semicon Europa, the leading forum for semiconductor and microelectronics manufacturing in Europe.

We had to maximise the use of a smaller than usual 6m x 3m stand with a custom build. We developed a minimalist approach, which combined all our client's requirements for meetings, storage and coffee bar. Strong blue and white were used to give the impression of a larger area.

  • Spirit AeroSystems (Europe)

For some time, we have been designing themed invites, programmes, tickets and banner stands to support various events held by Spirit Aerosystems. Recently, we produced their prestigious Award Ceremony at The Brig O'Doon Hotel.

We can link everything together, for any event. We create powerful, consistent images across all promotional material – from invites, programmes, banners, DVDs and supporting graphics, to staging, lighting and sound – turning special events into truly momentous occasions.

  • TSC

We used the company's logo device of squares as the basis for the design of this 6m x 6m stand. Optimising this relatively small area, we used the full square area available and designed the stand in a cube format.

Using the theme of 'people' being at the core of call centres, we hung large banners at each corner. In the centre of the stand, we ran a 'live' call centre to demonstrate the service.

The TSC logo was incorporated into the metal framework, using eye-catching, fluorescent Perspex and strong graphic panels.

  • Café Cinnamon

This new café is in the West End of Glasgow. We transformed the whole look and feel of the café, which was originally a white frontage.

We designed two logo elements, with the name and symbol based on the name 'cinnamon'. Thinking of the leaves of the plant and the structure of cinnamon, we created the full look of the interior and the exterior of the café brand. We designed and created the external signage, window graphics and chose an internal wall colour with large Perspex signage, using high-gloss, black and copper materials.

  • Laporte Electronics

This large stand (16m x 9m) was designed for maximum impact. A global theme incorporated a large, striking framework of longitude and latitude lines. The company has three main divisions, and each was allocated a strong colour and pod area.

The stand clearly defined each business division, and provided open meeting areas which encouraged potential customers to come onto the stand and talk to Laporte personnel.

  • MegaLIMO

Our client wanted to launch a new concept in limousine hire. They wanted to convert a coach into a full MegaLIMO. They asked us to design a strong brand that would get the new concept noticed.

We came up with the idea of large vinyl graphics of silhouettes of dancers – people partying and having fun!

This striking design has a great impact, and is something partygoers are keen to be associated with on a fun night out.
