When photographed, do you think your products can look a little dull? Not sure how to make them jump out and grab your customers attention?
This was the challenge we faced with Simpac’s product photography.
We spent time sourcing images through photographic libraries that would support the scene setting for each product page. Many of the products did not fit the searches so we organised photography shoots to create what was needed…and bring their products to life.
Our fun creative photo shoots with Simpac…what it did for them
During the creation of our new company website and rebranding it became obvious that we needed to show off our products in a much more creative and interesting way. Our previous brochure style website showed each product standing alone on a white background which looked rather dated and dull.
We discussed our creative requirement with Eikon Design and it was agreed that we should aim to create bold, colourful, interesting photographs clearly showing each product in use. This was quite a challenge due to the wide number of products including the likes of baking paper, bin liners, animal feed sacks, fashion carrier bags and kitchen foil. However, Eikon willingly rose to the challenge of making bin liners look interesting!

Susan highly recommended using Tom Finnie whose photographic skills are clearly seen. We arranged three photo shoots including a studio day for close up product photos, a day in a home to utilise a kitchen and garden setting, and a third day at a farm to create photos in an agricultural setting. Susan and Tom were incredibly patient and their creative input was second to none.
